Hello, Bruce here..   Group lessons can be a very fun social time on the courts.  But my experience with drill sessions has been with 1 pro  hovering about on  2,3 sometimes 4 courts with as many as 16 students, you don't really get the attention and focus you'll want to improve your strokes.  In fact you could be spending the time just reenforcing your old habits.  In order for your brain to rewire itself to a new habit can take repetition of 5000+ hits.

1 to 1 or 2 to 1 groups are where you will really start to see improvement.  4 to 1 if you would like to focus on your doubles game...

with 1 to 1  or 2 to 1 sessions, you can hit that elusive  topspin backhand or your sharp angle volley roughly 400 times in a 50 minute session.  before you know it your brain will have rewired
its new normal  shot and not go back to the old way,  otherwise
know as muscle memory....

use of the "eye coach" device we can use as a first step to really groove the mechanics of the stroke you want to work on.  Its a awesome tool to focus on proper technique/ keeping your head
down and not worry about where the ball is going.  before you
know it , it will become automatic for you
